Attestations

An attestation commits to the ticker, the price, the source timestamp, the source hash and the round number, signed by the operator key registered in the oracle registry.

The contract trims the highest and lowest submissions, takes the median of the remainder, and defines the consensus band as ±0.25% around it. A price is written only when at least M submissions fall inside the band.
